At Amfas International, we offer aluminum extrusion services for extruding solid, heat sinks, semi-hollow, hollow, and multi-hollow profiles. Air or water quenching is available and quality inspection lab is equipped with a spectrometer, UTS machine, hardness tester, electrical conductivity meter and profile projector.
Extruded Aluminum Capabilities
Our presses range from 550 to 2,750 ton capacity with capability to extrude products ranging from 3.5 to 9 in. diameter. Profiles are available in in F, T4, T5, T6 and T6511 tempers with up to 7 meters maximum length. Surface treatment processes such as mechanical finishing, pretreatment, bright dipping, anodizing, painting, and powder coating are applied on all our products.
